Requirements
- All sponsorship and donation requests must be made in writing.
- Requests must be submitted each year for review. Annual and ongoing support should not be assumed.
- Registered name and number of the organization, address, telephone number, email, and name and title of the contact person.
- A clear description of the organization's purpose, those who benefit from it and the geographical area in which it operates.
- A clear description of the activity, the number of attendees and all relevant information (e.g. duration).
- The contribution requested of Van Houtte (coffee, monetary contribution, etc.).
- Recognition opportunities for Van Houtte.
Exclusions
Van Houtte does not usually support the following: - Individuals
- Second or subsequent campaigns from an organization that has already received funding for the same campaign during Van Houtte's fiscal year
- Direct mail requests
- Lobby groups, whose primary cause appears charitable, but is not
- Groups not approved by Revenue Canada as registered charitable organizations, or equivalent tax status
Coffee Donations
In the fight against hunger, Van Houtte has decided to allocate all of its coffee donations to: - Moisson Montreal

- Moisson Quebec
- The Old Brewery Mission
- Yonge Street Mission
Some of these food banks serve families in need directly, while others focus their efforts on non-profit organizations.
How do I submit a sponsorship request?
There are two ways to submit a sponsorship request: - Online: by completing the online sponsorship request form below (you will be able to attach any other pertinent letters and documents).

Please Note: Requests must be received 8 weeks in advance of the event date. Once received, it will take up to 1 month to process your request. Due to the large number of requests we receive, your organization will be contacted only if your request has been accepted. For any follow-up requests, you may send an email to sponsorships@vanhoutte.com.
